Your journey in 8 simple steps:

1. Complete a short Expression of Interest form on our website
2. Receive your application pack
3. Submit your completed application form
4. If eligible, attend an interview at Police HQ, Middlemoor. Exeter
5. Receive a conditional offer
6. Pre-employment checks begin (including vetting, right to work, medical checks, references and records)
7. Share your posting preferences and key information (e.g. pre-booked leave)
8. Receive your formal offer and get ready to join your new Force!
