Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is recruiting an experienced Trainer / Subject Matter Expert to support a major new Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) programme. This long-term project focuses on the implementation of a new system and requires an individual with strong training design and delivery expertise, alongside prior MPS experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging and effective training materials for:
E-learning
Face-to-face classroom delivery
Develop e-learning content using the MPS e-learning platform.
Deliver training to end users, both virtually and in person.
Essential Requirements
Former MPS experience (essential).
Proven experience designing and delivering systems-related training.
Strong instructional design capability across blended learning formats.
Ability to commit to a 18-month programme on a part-time basis.
Working Pattern & Rate
Initially 2–3 days per week (upon completion of vetting)
Remote with some potential face-to-face meetings during length of contract
